Meet Paul

Greetings. 

 As part of my due diligence process when buying a home in 2020, I hired an inspector to learn more about the property and I would like to ensure that your experience is more positive than mine. I paid the bill for the inspection and thought to myself “after 30 years of building, I should be doing this” and here we are. 

My name is Paul Drinan and in 2016, after a long career as an actor and carpenter, I transitioned into nonprofit leadership. While I remain deeply committed to public service, like everyone else, I need to pay the bills so I started Dirigo Property Inspection to help you gain clarity about your investment. I’ll help you understand the structural components and systems of your property so that you can make an informed decision about buying, selling, or investing in a property. 

When I’m not working, I like to cook, volunteer, and be active in the great Maine outdoors - especially on Casco Bay. Thanks for taking the time to read my bio.
